Payments:
We accept prepaid online payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Product Storage:
Customers are advised to refrigerate chocolates for 10 minutes before consumption. Do not freeze the products.

We are not responsible for damages caused due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
