At Cocorush Chocolate, we deal in perishable food products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

All orders placed on our website are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

In case a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. After verification, we may provide a replacement at our sole discretion.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
